ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Sharla A Schipper, State Farm Agent, you commit and fully engage in the core focus of We Care, We Listen, We Guide the prospect to identify and understand their needs and We provide Solutions to fill those needs. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while finding prospects, quoting prospects that fill their needs and writing the policies, resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Find Prospects
- Quote Prospects and customers
- Write prospects and customer new business
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Compensation: $20,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
