As Assistant Sales Manager for Sharla A Schipper Agent, you’re the heart of our daily hustle! You fit our culture that We Care, We Listen, We Guide prospects to Identify and Understand their Needs and We Provide Solutions. You help our agency grow by finding customers and building awesome customer connections and making sure their needs are identified and understood. Then, you boost customers’ lives by sharing the perfect products and services to meet those needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 3 key responsibilities

Find prospects #1
Quote prospects #2
Write prospects #3
Process applications, claims and follow up with customers and underwriting on status.

Compensation: $20,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
